The Legends

The Legends is a gated section of the Rancho del Lago West neighborhood in Fischer, Texas located off of RR 32 on the north side of Canyon Lake. With its proximity to major cities such as San Antonio (51 miles) and Austin (46 miles), as well as smaller surrounding cities such as Wimberley (12 miles), Blanco (14 miles), San Marcos (22 miles), and New Braunfels (27 miles), residents are close enough to access necessities and amenities while still maintaining a sense of privacy and joy of country living.

The approximately 250 home sites in The Legends are 1 acre or more with stunning Hill Country and Canyon Lake views. The neighborhood offers a gated entrance, security cameras, paved roads, sensible restrictions, and a central water system. There is a Homeowners Association with $250 yearly dues run by elected volunteers who are residents of the community.

Fischer TX

Fischer was founded in 1853 by German immigrants Otto and Hermann Fischer, who were the first settlers in the area at the time. The brothers went on to ranch livestock and open a General Store, Post Office, Saloon, and more. Some descendants still live in the area to this day.
