MIDDLETON BREWING is a 10-barrel brewpub between San Marcos and Wimberley Texas. They brew an extensive collection of ales (and at times, an unparalleled lager) perfectly suited for the Texas Hill Country. In addition, they offer a wide array of wines and locally made ciders.
