ACC - Architecture Control Committee
Did you know that any new builds or structure modifications require approval by the ACC? The ACC was established when the Legends community was developed, is registered with the county and is outlined in your deed restrictions. The roll of the ACC is to approve or deny new structure requests or existing structure modifications. If you are looking to build in The Legends, you will need to submit your plans via the link at the top of our website. Also, if you are an existing home owner in The Legends and wish to make a structural modification, you will also need to submit your plans via the same link above.
Governing Documents
All lots in The Legends have Deed Restrictions associated with them. These restrictions were established when the neighborhood was created and apply to every lot in the community. When you buy or sell a lot, the restrictions will automatically transfer to the new owner. Generally, this document is provided to the new owner during closing, but can always be found on our website. Click here to learn more about your Deed Restrictions.
